Chen was incredible!! She went above and beyond when taking care of our two cats. She sent us many photos, played with them, and even spent extra time making sure cats were comfortable during her first visit. She was extremely patient with one of our cats who was a little grumpy that we weren’t home. We sincerely appreciate her and she made us feel so comfortable while leaving our kitties while on vacation. She was timely with communicating, is very patient and kind and clearly loves animals. We will definitely be booking with Chen again in the future.

Chen is super nice and patient. She would send timely updates and pictures for every visit and take great care of our furry babies. Even the shy one likes her a lot! Definitely recommended!
