Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of animals of every kind since I was in high school. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I have one dog and one cat myself so I have always had a soft spot in my heart for animals! Now that I am in grad school, I am looking to extend my services past friends and family to make a little extra dent in student loans.

I am a punctual and tidy individual, my dog at home gets two walks a day plus outdoor time as weather permits. Both my dog and cat get lots of cuddle time and one treat a day because they are extra special. We have a set routine most days but both animals are older and able to roll with any changes. When watching other people’s animals I like as much information as possible to try and replicate the care they receive from their owners. Every animal is unique and should be able to get consistent care even when their owners are away.

Information I would like to know about a dog ahead of time would be how old they are, how active they are, do they have any particular places they like to go or activities they enjoy. I also like to know if the own has any restrictions for the pet.
A typical day
When caring for any pets, I’m up for outside walks, playing fetch, tug of war or other indoor activities to help keep your animals happy. From my own experience having a dog, I like to go to local dog parks to get some extra energy out and make new friends.

Availability
I am currently working full time 9-5:30, so plenty of time for a walk in the morning and evening. I do have a commitment every other Wednesday, but can be flexible otherwise. I can also take on overnight jobs if needed. I have roommates to take care of my animals if I need to be away from home.
