I am SO pleased with Piper's 10 day "vacation" at Chelsea's while we were away. This was a first time we used a dog boarding service for our 8 month old and the bar has been set high!! Chelsea took wonderful care of Piper, and kept us up to date with photos and videos. I could tell that Piper was in very loving and capable hands and we honestly didn't worry for a minute while we were away. I would HIGHLY recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a dog boarder. Having someone watch your beloved dog is a huge decision. How do you know that this person is going to love and care for your pet the way you do? When I chose Chelsea, I made the decision based on her experience with old dogs, dogs with seizures and health issues, her great home and fenced back yard as well as her confidence with Molly when they first met. Still, I was worried: Molly is 17.5 years old, sometimes forgets where she is, can take off unexpectedly, becomes afraid and anxious if she's not well cared for, and so on. So leaving her with Chelsea was a huge decision for me. Turns out, Molly was more calm and anxiety-free when I returned than before I left her! I don't know what Chelsea did, but she made Molly feel super comfortable and protected. She also took care of me, sending daily updates (sometimes twice daily), tons of photos, and neat little stories about what Molly had been up to that day. I was so so so very grateful. As hard as it is to find a good dog sitter, I have found the one for me in Chelsea, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking. I am very fussy about how Molly is cared for, and her happy and playful demeanor when I returned from my trip made it very clear that Chelsea had scored big time with Molly. Which means, of course, she scored big time with me, too. Very very highly recommended. 5-star rated.
