Pet care experience
I have taken care of my childhood best friend, a Shih-tzu, for most of my life and had gained experience with administering medicine to her once she became a senior. I trained her with basic commands and went on walks. I now have a almost 2 year old dog with my sister who is also a Shih Tzu and is very playful. I have taken care of my neighbor, coworkers, and friend’s dogs/cats while they are away. I make sure the furbabies are comfortable with me and happy. I can give them the love and energy they need and want. Not only do I care for your energetic pups but also the senior and calm little ones (even cats!)

At first I was a little worried about having somebody take care of my dog for the first time, but Chelsea really made my experience so much better than I could ever ask for. She was so attentive, caring, sweet, and kind to my dog. She sent me pictures and videos of him while I was gone to ease my mind, watched movies with him while she did homework for school, and even got him a brand new toy. The amount of care that Chelsea showed with Archie was so relieving and it was such a pleasant surprise to have someone that is truly trust worthy to take care of him. I highly recommend that if you want somebody who will love and care for your pets as much as you do, go with Chelsea.

I am available to care for your little ones at your home or do little drop in visits to make sure they are okay, fed and maybe a little play time if you wish. I will update you with pictures so that you can get a glimpse into their current "staycation".

Please let me know: - If there are any medications your pet needs administered - if your pet is an escape artist or item destroyer - How long they can be home alone for - Any triggers/allergies/medical conditions? - Activity levels and their personality - if your pet has separation anxiety or any other triggers (other dogs, thunderstorms, loud noises, etc.) - If your pet requires constant care or certain accommodations - Anything else I would need to know :)
A typical day
I adapt to every pet parent and pet's preferences and needs. I can keep the usual routine that your pet is used to on a daily basis. We can go on walks, relax in the sun, nap time, play time, etc. I'll keep the food and potty breaks on schedule. If your furbaby is used to sleeping on the bed then I am okay with that as well :)

Availability
I’m currently a full-time student as a pre-med biology major. I also work a part time retail job so I won’t be able to offer constant care services at the moment but there is a good chance I would be able to be there most of the time rather than not. My shifts range from 4 hours-7 hours. If you need certain accommodations then please let me know and I can try to schedule it with work ahead of time. I am currently available throughout the week with the following schedules: For Summer: I have a couple of classes so I have a lot of availability time! For Fall: I will have 3-4 classes (half will be virtual). I will have a lot of availability but may have moments where I need to go to class and back.
