Hello! My name is Chelsea. I'm 25 years old and live on a beautiful open piece of property in Weaverville NC with my husband, Andrew. It's private but not far from town. I have been caring for animals since I was a young girl, although not always professionally. As a teenager and young adult I enjoy watching friends family and neighbors pets. I am a homeowner with a dog of my own. She is incredibly loving and friendly and enjoys playing with new dogs! Lucy is a boxer mix and very sweet. We do have cats, but they are kept separate from the dogs and spend most of their time roaming in our open field. We have a lovely fenced yard for playing! We pride ourselves in being a family away from home for your furry babies! If you have any special requests we are always happy to oblige where we can. We love knowing about your pets unique personalities so that we can best make them feel comfortable. We know that it can be stressful for a pet having their owner leave, so we strive to do our best to make them feel at home.

Chelsea was great with my two dachshunds, Goji and Howard. They felt right at home with her and she gave them lots of love and attention. They were with her for 3 days and it was during the winter (February) and raining their entire stay, so they couldn’t go out and play, but she kept them entertained inside playing ball and getting out when they could. Her home was warm and cozy and Chelsea was very sweet and you could tell she really loved all dogs. I would definitely use her services again in the future... The only negative is that her driveway is very steep and unpaved with giant potholes, and the rain made it hard to get up the drive on my way out... I got stuck in the mud briefly. If it was snowing or icey, it would be impossible to come up or down her driveway....
Chelsea was really great! I was looking for a sitter at the last minute for Thanksgiving holiday, and she was so accommodating. My dog, Daisy, had lots of fun with Lucy as well. I appreciated frequent updates on Daisy with pictures from Chelsea. I recommend Chelsea 100%!!!
Chelsea R. was AMAZING! My sweet pup had never been away & I had never used a dog sitter & it was such an awesome experience for us. Chelsea went above & beyond & it was so evident in how comfortable my girl felt. Chelsea made sure I didn't miss her too much by keeping me updated with messages & pictures! Love love love Chelsea!
She is absolutely great! In every way!☺ highly recommended. She was very nice to my two dogs and they were well cared for during my week long vacation.
