Pet care experience
I have not only had pets my entire life, but my first job when I was 15 was actually in a veterinarian's office. I was in charge of all surgery animals going in and out of surgery. I have worked in animals shelters as a paid employee and an animal volunteer at various times of my life as well. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes as well as senior dogs who may need some extra attention and puppies who are still learning. Let's not forget about those kitty friends though! I love spending time inside playing with cats and taking care of them as well!

I do not have any breed restrictions. I would want to know the general personality of the dog and if there is anything that triggers the dog. I would also like to know their feeding schedule, walk schedule, etc.
A typical day
That would of course all depend on the dog, their energy and what the owner would request. If there is a local park, it's always great to find some trails/areas to walk in, especially if it's summer as there is typically a little more shade. If the dog is high energy, I am a distance runner and have no problem getting outside with the dog for a run! Only with owner permission and discussion would I take a dog to an open dog park though.

Availability
Currently, my best times are before work/after work (6-9am) and (6-11pm) as well as weekends. During the day visits can be discussed but would depend on time and area of the visit.
