Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Chelsea and I am a teacher and avid animal lover. Although I grew up with only 1 cat, I have lived with multiple dogs and cats the last 5+ years. I had two sweet Bassett hounds and a frenchie mix. Now I have a sweet 3 year old corgi mix. In addition to cats and dogs, I have also had a dwarf bunny, so lots of different animal experience! We have helped my neighbor regularly watch her animals for 3-10 days at a time. Along with feedings and play time, I administer meds and help clean the house. They have 3 pups, 6 cats, fish, and a turtle! I am excited to work with some new families and animals while earning a little extra income to go towards my classroom and summer vacation trips. I am reliable, trustworthy, and responsible. I will treat your pet as my own while you are away. I would love to help you this summer, so please reach out if you’re interested!

We chose Chelsea to walk our German Shepard/Husky Mix for 1 hour on 2 consecutive days. She went above and beyond what we asked of her. Not only did she walk our dog Cody, she tossed the balls and played fetch with him when the walks were finished. She also checked his water and refilled his food. We also have 2 eleven year old Maltipoos, which she loved up. They needed to be given calm chews, due to the loud fireworks at this present time, and she administered them to the 3 dogs. I will be working again in the future with Chelsea. She is loving and caring and follows through with the job and tasks at hand 100% Thank you Chelsea
Chelsea has been taking care of our animals for quite a few years now. Dogs, cats, a pond full of goldfish and even a tortoise. Chelsea’s heart has a love for animals and in our eyes that makes her not only a good person but a perfect person to trust with our “babies”. She goes above and beyond to make sure our babies are well taken care of when left in her care. She not only performs the common care of feeding, cleaning and administrating meds, she provides extra hugs, kisses, cuddles and time to make sure they feel safe and loved while we are away. Doing this enables us to feel less anxiety to leave, especially the last couple years as a number of our babies are getting older and one especially suffers from separation anxiety. I highly recommend Chelsea as a caregiver, etc .

A typical day
I can do long walks in the neighborhood or at a nearby park. Fetch or playing with toys is always fun. Enrichment activities are also a favorite for my pup, so I am happy to provide some for your dog, as well. Of course, snuggle time and extra pets are a must, too!

Availability
My schedule is pretty flexible this summer until 8/1 when I start school again. Once school starts my availability will be limited to the weekends.
