Midwest born and raised, I have spent my entire life around dogs. A year ago, my sweet girl - Sunny - passed away from old age. She was a yellow lab mix adopted from a local shelter when she was two years old. She and I enjoyed 11 additional years together. Soon after I moved to the DMV for work. I am a social worker employed full-time with a flexible work schedule. After spending so much time with people, I can't think of a better way to spend my downtime than with a lovable furry friend. Lately have spent time working with an energetic Boxer-Heeler puppy who lives into his name: Rogue. He is now well trained: knowing sit, down, stand, wait, stay, and leave it. Now, I am seeking new opportunities to continue to spend time with man's best friend, and I would love to ensure your dog gets the exercise and attention he needs.
