Pet care experience
I am a graduate student at Columbia University studying urban planning. I recently moved to NY from DC, where I worked in affordable housing. Before DC, I worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco for two years. One of the highlights of my experience in Morocco was adopting a sweet pup named Atlas! She came back to the US with me! Before leaving for Morocco, I worked as a dog walker/sitter in DC during my undergraduate studies. I gained experience caring for up to three dogs at a time through this job, so I am willing to take care of or walk more than one dog at a time. I also grew up with two dogs of my own, one Newfoundland and one Schnoodle. I've had a lot of experience living with and caring for dogs. I'm very patient and would love the chance to take care of your dog when you need some help! My availability is week nights and weekends.

We, and our dogs, could not be happier about Chelsea's dog sitting. She was very responsible and loving to the dogs and an excellent communicator with us, keeping in touch regularly while we traveled abroad. She left the house neater and cleaner than when we left. And she did more than expected, taking the dogs for long walks in the snow.
