Pet care experience
My husband and I are avid dog lovers. I am a dental assistant and he works in the IT industry. We previously had a dog that passed away. We are ready to start taking care of others dogs until we are ready to get our own. We live in a beautiful neighborhood with a dog park close by. Because we are an active couple that runs and goes on many outdoor adventures your dog will be a perfect addition and will never get bored. Our Condo has two bedrooms and all of our furniture is dog friendly.Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you may have. Why I love dog sitting My husband grew up with dogs. We got our 1st dog together in 2009. Dog lovers for life. About my yard We do not have a back yard but there are four parks within walking distance of our home. One of the parks that is next to the local High School (Roegner Park) is along the White river and includes a huge off leash dog park. Our goal is to take the dogs that we watch to the park for exercise at least once a day. We also make sure that our furry guests are walking and exploring our neighborhood with my husband and myself during the morning and evening. My experience administering medication Yes our dog took pills 2x daily.

It was wonderful to know that Layla went running, played in the park, and had great naps while we were out of town. And getting pictures and videos of her during her stay made us smile! This is a great couple to share your dog-buddy with!!

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We live in a housing community that has lots of parks. Some are leash required and a few are off leash dog parks. Walking distance from a river that is great for fetch. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog is welcome to sleep wherever they are most comfortable. We have a dog/pet cover for our couch that we put out so our guests do not feel unwelcome to cuddle on the couch. If your dog is trained to sleep in a kennel then we respect that and will continue to support normal routine. Our goal is to respect the rules of the guests owners. We ensure that if there are specific rules that the owners abide by will will continue to encourage these so when the dog comes home, bad habits will not come home. Time I'll spend with your dog Of course as much as possible. Depending on the day but at the least it would be anytime we are not a work. Your dog is welcome everywhere in our home.
