COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE! We booked MONTHS in advance and spoke with Chelsea numerous times confirming our 2 night stay while we went to Disney World. Then the day before our stay I sent her a message confirming drop off time -- her messages were set to "Away" which I thought was weird, but as I am a first time user I thought nothing of it -- and I got no reply from her. We were traveling down to Orlando that day, so I never saw that she didn't message me back. The day of our stay we arrived to her house at 11 AM as we had confirmed in the message the day before. No one was home, but her dog was barking in the house. We figured she may be running behind, so we waited. 30 minutes later we went and knocked on the door again. This time there was no dog barking and no one answered. We messaged her and called her multiple times and no one answered. This went on for another hour until we finally called Rover. Rover contacted Chelsea and she immediately picked up their calls and told them there was an "emergency" and she had to go out of town. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I understand people have emergencies, but this is absurd! If she had messaged me back the day before I could have arranged for a new sitter with Rover! :( She just ignored all of my messages and calls, and even after her "emergency" came up didn't proactively reach out letting us know not to go out of our way to her house and not come over because she could not watch our dog! We lost a whole day of our 3 day Disney World vacation and are so disappointed! Hundreds of dollars lost, we were left with no one to watch our dog at the holidays -- I mean this is a total nightmare. And have we heard anything from Chelsea directly apologizing? NO! She has not reached out at all to say sorry or explain this insanely awful behavior. My final thoughts: Avoid booking with this woman at all costs as she is a liar and completely inconsiderate of others. Look elsewhere and don't trust Rover to handle a last minute screw up like this either. If we had been flying out of town we would have 100% missed our flight in a situation like this, as Rover was totally unprepared to get us a new sitter in a timely manner. I will not be booking with them again either and will be reporting this incident to consumer watchdogs and other appropriate authorities.

This was the first time I had ever been away from my fur baby and I was very nervous. Chelsea was amazing and took wonderful care of my girl! I will definitely use her services again and I would highly recommend her to others.
