Your pets personal nurse

Pet care experience

I started working with dogs in a pack setting when I was 16 years old. That progressed into vet tech school, grooming side jobs, and 10yrs working in the veterinary field. 5yrs of which spent in emergency medicine. This is key as I am able to bring your pet to work with me if I have any medical concerns. I’m willing and able to help you with any basic care needs and advice as well as preventing any emergencies while you’re gone. I’m extremely qualified in first aid, CPR, and catching any abnormalities before they worsen. I understand that many dogs would prefer to be at home, so this is when I come to you! I can come once or twice a day to socialize and keep your pooch company as well as provide 1-2 30minute walks. Any medications that need to be administered would not be an issue. If you have any other animals I can assist with them as well. I have experience with reptiles, rodents, lagomorphs (rabbits), birds, ferrets, chinchillas, and cats as well. If your dog is dog-friendly, I have a friend for a fun play time as well. I have 2 stable pack members who would love to tire your baby out and help with socialization. Prices are negotiable and subject to change depending on the situation. $5 extra per day for medication administration. Available to take reptiles, rodents, ferrets, birds, and chinchillas into my home if a small cage is provided. I moved from Minnesota to Florida in 2015 after obtaining my BS in wildlife biology. I am currently 37yo. I have 2 medium parrots, 2 pitbulls, a Shiba Inu, an Alaskan klee Kai, 3 cats, 2 Guinea pigs, and a plethora of freshwater fish. I love all animals equally. I am reliable, punctual, patient, personable, and have been told many times that I just have a natural way with animals. Feel free to ask any questions, but I feel you could best get to know me in person or through email.

Chelsea's training and care of my dog Chance was amazing! He was nearly untouchable when I first rescued him. He hadn't been socialized and as an aussie he had tons of energy. She taught him the basic commands & he is now a reliable off leash dog. She was reliable and stayed longer to work with him when needed. She was a vet tech & helped me with a few other issues too.

All pets are subject to cuddles (at their own will, of course). Kitties will get catnip and playtime with toys and treats if they’re allowed. Small animals will also get play and cuddle time in areas away from other animals. Birds will get tons of play and stimulation and always be apart of goings on in my home.
