Pet care experience
I am a reliable and responsible caretaker of pets and homes. Happy to help out where needed (dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting, etc.)! Sadly, I’m not able to have a dog of my own because I have been moving this year, however I am hoping to get some good pet sitting in this year to help with the sadness of not having my own pet to love and care for.

Chelsea helped cover a time gap when another sitter wasn’t able to watch Artie, and I am so thankful for her. She jumped right in, coordinated with the other sitter, and made sure Artie was well taken care of. I would trust Chelsea to take care of my pets any time!
Chelsea took great care of my dog while I was away for a week! She was able to give him sufficient daily exercise and lots of attention during the day.
I've trusted Chelsea with three dogs over the years -- a 20 lb mini schnauzer mix, an 85 lb mastiff mix, and a 15 lb chiweenie-- and always had a great experience. As an animal lover, I know Chelsea will give my dogs the walks and cuddles they need to stay happy and healthy. Chelsea is actually a runner (and biker) so she's very active and I never feel like walking my dogs is a chore for her. She's very communicative and honest, so I know she'll tell me if anything seems amiss. I also trust her in my home, as she's very responsible and considerate.
Chelsea is great at handling dogs, large and small! I’ve got a small terrier chihuahua who is not the friendliest, but Chelsea handled him with ease and grace. As any dog owner knows, energy is a major factor in whether or not you’ll handle a dog well, and Chelsea has got a great temperament that you can trust!

I’d love to know of any quirks that make your dog special ? My old roommate has a very anxious dog, it took months for us to be able to cuddle on the couch. When we told guests at our house about his anxieties they often still bent down to pet him, which he did not like. I understand that all dogs are different and it’s important to respect these niceties and accommodate appropriately. Other dogs love specific treats, get sad when their humans are away, or have their own language of telling you they need to go outside. Excited to hear about your dogs uniqueness!
A typical day
I love to hike and go for runs so these are great activities if your dog is up for longer walks or a faster pace

I’m a work-from-home graduate student studying child development. My schedule is very flexible and I’m happy to accommodate visits to close by homes while you are out.
