Hello, my name is Chelsea! I am an animal lover at heart and sometimes I feel like I am in the wrong profession. I have been taking care of animals ever since I was young. My family has had numerous pets while I was growing up. I’ve taken care of different dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, rabbits, hamsters, fish, goats, chickens and even ducks! I am a dog lover no doubt, and have two of my own.

Chelsea was able to help us last minute when our other sitter wasn’t available for a drop in visit. She arrived on time, sent plenty of photos and a very detailed update on how my dog did. I would definitely recommend her!

First time using Rover and we picked Chelsea to walk and feed our golden retriever. From the initial meet and greet to both visits, Chelsea was extremely personable and professional, paying attention to all the little things. We have a pretty needy and crazy animal and Chelsea made sure he was well taken care of, including sending us plenty of pictures after each visit. When we need another sitter we won’t hesitate to contact her again.

I am a home owner with a fenced in yard. I have two dogs that are dog and cat friendly. I would treat your dog/cat as my own. Whatever you need for your pet I am sure I can accommodate . I spoil my dogs constantly. So yours will be treated just the same!

A typical day
If you have the toys, I will most certainly have your dog/animal interact with them. Usually fetch and tug of war are always on the list. I love to see dogs or any animal get some exercise especially when their owners are not home for periods of time.

Availability
I am a full time night shift nurse who works 3-4 nights a weeks. My schedule varies from week to week. I have some clients who will ask me for my weekly schedule and they schedule their visits around my working days. I am also free some weekend days. As per the time of day, I have no problem dropping in morning, afternoon or night. Just let me know what you need. I prefer to do a meet and greet so I can meet your precious family member and get to know them. That way they will remember me when I come back and it also puts your mind at ease as well, knowing that you’ve met the person coming into your home to take care of your pet. I only do dog walking and drop-in visits at this time. I do not house sit or watch anyone’s animals in my own home. Feel free to reach out and inquire at any time.
