Pet care experience
After growing up with family pets and spending my college years pet-sitting, I have the skills and confidence needed to take care of your furry friends! Whether your pup likes his usual walk or is open to a new adventure, I'll care for him as if he was part of my family. I also have experience taking care of dogs with special needs, special diets, foster dogs, and 'problem' dogs. Have multiple dogs? No problem, the more the merrier! Plus, I'm a pro at keeping leases untangled :) Meow? I love cats too! I can stop by while you are away to feed them, clean the litter box, and (of course) provide ear scratches, cuddles, and playtime! I live and work in NW DC, but am willing to travel to metro-accessible areas outside of NW. I have a flexible schedule and can work around your requirements. I am available weekdays (usually evenings) and weekends for walks, pet visits, and overnight pet sitting.

Our beloved Cody would say that Chelsea was "Ruff-tastic!," and so would we! She was reliant, punctual and always seemed to find ways to go above and beyond for our 8 year old Cody. Chelsea was a loyal companion to Cody and our family for nearly 3 years before she left for graduate school. I would recommend her for both short-term and long-term care. She had excellent communication with our family, respectful, honest, and was very comfortable walking our 8 year old 80+lb dog. She is a true gem and animal lover! We would love to have her back!
Chelsea took care of our dog Winston quite a bit in 2015 while my husband and I traveled extensively for work - often for weeks at a time. There is no doubt that Chelsea cared for our dog like he was her own. She is the most responsible and caring individual that we know and we considered ourselves so blessed and lucky to have her around. At the same time, there were often instances that we needed for her to administer medication for our dog (he has ectopic dermatitis and the medication and dosages are very specific) - I did not have any hesitation to entrust Chelsea with this task too. Winston has grown to love her and he still reacts when we say her name. Y.B
