Pet care experience
I’ve been around and caring for dogs since I was young. Growing up I had a Doberman pincher and once I could have a dog of my own, I got a beautiful goldador retriever! I’ve done all the bathing, training and playtime myself. From brushing dog teeth to trimming dog nails, I’ve experienced so much! I’ve trained both my dogs and have taught them regular obedience and even some fun tricks! We go hiking, swimming and do daily dog park visits. Any time spent with a dog is a fun one!
Reviews
Very great communication with me and I really appreciate everything. She did my princess really enjoyed herself..
Chelsea did a phenomenal job house sitting for us while we were away for a week. We received picture updates multiple times each day and came home to happy and healthy pets. We also greatly appreciated the little things Chelsea did (e.g., bringing a couple of packages inside, sweeping out leaves). 100% would recommend!
Chelsea and her husband were fantastic! She was very understanding and accommodating of our shy dog, and made sure her dogs weren't too overbearing to allow her to feel comfortable and warm up. Our dog had a separate room she could go to when needed. I felt very comfortable leaving our dog, and it's clear she had a good time and even warmed up by the end of her stay. Would definitely use them again!
Chelsea was great! I felt comfortable leaving my dogs with her just a few minutes into our meet and greet. Chelsea was communicative and kept me updated with pics on daily feedings and bathroom breaks. She gave my pups lots of attention while I was away. I would definitely use Chelsea again for future pet sitting needs!

Safety, trust & environment
On dog walks, I’m training my puppy to stop at every curb before crossing the street to ensure safety while crossing the road. I never allow dogs to walk or run ahead of me to prevent any type of accident. I will walk or jog with dogs but keep the leash relatively short with a tight grip to prevent any type or escape or accident.

Information Chelsea D. would like to know about your pet
How does a dog behave towards other people on walks? Does your dog do well around other dogs? How reactive are they around noise and children? Do you have specific commands? (Sit, stay, wait, look at me.. etc)
A typical day
I have a few activities I do with high energy dogs. First fun activity is play time! Things like fetch, tug-of-war, keep away and more to help them lose some energy. I also will go jogging if they need the extra exercise. Training is good mental exercise and that comes after physical exercise. I like to go to Fairland Regional Park for walks and playtime.

I’m currently a teacher working full time but after 4pm I’m ready for dog walks. On the weekends my schedule is much more open and I’m available usually any time of the day.
