My name is Chelsea. I am a stay at home mom of 6 awesome kids and a big animal lover. I have many years of experience taking care of dogs and about 3 years now of caring for cats. I have volunteered in the past with the Humane Society by walking and playing with their dogs and cats so that they can get more socialization. I really enjoyed doing this but because of not being able to get there more often, I have turned to helping other people with their pets. We live on nearly 4 acres of land in Benbrook. It is unfenced because we didn't want to block out the deer that use our front yard to get to the wooded area in our backyard. We have a 3 year old female cat that we found in our shed when she was just a kitten and she quickly became a member of the family. We recently welcomed our male Australian Shepherd puppy into our home. Both of our pets are fixed and current on all of their vaccinations. Since joining Rover, we have boarded numerous dogs in our home. Some for just a couple days and others for a week or two while their families were vacationing. I enjoy the larger breeds and sporting breeds that love running in the yard and through the woods with us. They get plenty of exercise, loving on from all the kids, and I always love brushing them and giving belly rubs.
