Safe and fun home away from home!
Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Chelsea and I want to puppysit for you! I have been caring for animals for most of my life. Since I was a very young child, I've had a cat, dog, or a bird. To me, a home without a pet is missing something. In my house, we have one cat baby named Basil. He is pretty laid-back and enjoys to sleep on the couch or his living room cat tower. I also have three children who are all good with pets and gentle. They have a great relationship with our cat and Basil plays with them and sleeps around them with ease. We live in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. We have a fully-fenced backyard with plenty of room for doggies to romp or sunbathe. I am prepared for overnight stays and doggy daycare. I'm also prepared to cat-sit and I can help keep your fur-kids happy during the holidays.
Reviews
We are so thrilled to have found Chelsea and her family to take care of our pup. She communicated fantastically, was thorough and made sure she had and knew everything necessary about Meatball prior to drop off. He had the best time during his stay, with lots of fun playtime, attention and love. We will be using Chelsea in the future!
Chelsea was an absolute GEM of a dog sitter. It is never easy to leave a fur baby, but from the moment I met her and her sweet family, I trusted my Frenchie (Jimmy) was in excellent hands. She asked about any medical concerns, allergies, or other conditions or concerns Jimmy might have. She aimed to keep his comfort level as close to normal as possible. I mentioned that Jimmy is a little older, and I limit his playtime to ensure he doesn’t overdo it, and she ensured she did the same for him. Her communication was AMAZING. She provided REAL updates to inform me how Jimmy was doing, how he was eating, and daily activity updates. She was great about sending pics with the updates as well. I 100% recommend Chelsea and will bring my Jim-Jim back to stay with her the next time we are away.
My pups were very comfortable and loved all the attention they got from the kids. Extra belly rubs and playtime. Communication was excellent. Never wondered how they were doing. Sent photos and even video of my pups to let us know how things were going. Will definitely use again!!

In order to make you puppy or kitty feel comfortable, I'd always offer a treat (with prior authorization) to form a positive association. Then, during an in-home visit, I would offer affection before tending to needs such as food, water, and walks. I want your baby to feel as comfortable as they possibly can be with us. I can accept two dogs per stay for daycare and overnights. For overnight cat stays, I can keep up to two. I'll need to know their history with cats and small children, routines, and any medical needs I'll be tending to.

Information Chelsea A. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know the temperament of the dog, how they get along with children and cats, and if they are potty-trained. I am capable of taking the dog outside to take potty breaks on whatever schedule he/she is used to keeping. I also need to know how they behave on walk and if they have medical needs.c
A typical day
We will go on walks in our neighborhood, play tug of war in the living room, and enjoy food in the dining room. We live in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic and there are a lot of green belts for running and playing or exploring.

My children are 6, 3, and 2 years old. My 6 year old especially enjoys caring for animals. He currently helps to feed and play with our cat, Basil. But he loves dogs, especially small ones. He enjoys playing with them. Our daily routine would include breakfast, outdoor play in the fenced yard, naps in living room, and lots of cuddles and snuggles.
