Chazaria did a good job caring for my dog, however that is only half the job. In the future, I would advise better communication with the pet owner as well. If she has specific time constraints then they should be mentioned prior to booking. It is her responsibility as the service provider to communicate those things with potential or current clients and arrange/set those times so that both parties are aware of those needs. And if she agrees to a specific pick-up time then I believe she shouldn’t make any other commitments during that time (therefore changing pick up or drop off times) as clients are usually using pet sitters because they are out of town or have their own schedules to attend to and changes can be difficult. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement but my dog does seem to be happy and healthy!
