Overall experience was okay. I hired them for one night and one day of housesitting, around 24 hours total. They told me they couldn’t meet me before we left because they were out of town, and I agreed that was fine. But communication otherwise was an issue. I didn’t hear from them much while I was gone and had to ask for an update. They were gone for several hours during the day and this was frustrating. They didn’t tell me they’d need to leave for a few hours in the morning and then they left two hours before we got home. So they were gone for about half of the day and he was in his crate. I’d told them ahead of time when we’d be back. I just felt bad that he ended up crated for so long, but I think he was well cared for when they were there.

We could not be happier with Maddie & Chase. They came when we requested and followed our instructions for our fury kids. Maddie updated us on how things were going and sent pictures. We will definitely use Maddie & Chase again !
