We had a mixed experience with Chase. It was great that he was able to watch my dog Harlow so last minute, he was friendly, and he seemed to like her a lot. That being said, I heard some worrying things from the friend of mine that dropped her off and picked her up. First, when my friend arrived at the designated time, he was still asleep so he did not hear her texts, calls, or knocks on the door. We excused that at first because the knocking did eventually wake him up, and it's understandable that everyone oversleeps sometimes. However, when my friend picked up Harlow at the end, she and her toys/blanket/bed smelled of a certain "substance" which then transferred to her car on the way home. There was also another dog at the apartment even though I specifically told him that Harlow needed to be the only dog because she is not socialized well. Not only was putting my dog and all of her belongings in contact with this substance irresponsible (and gross), but the fact that he put her in a situation that could have been dangerous both to her and the other dog is incredibly frustrating. Luckily Harlow seems to be okay, and hopefully the other dog is too, but I am upset that these specific and important wishes were ignored. Chase is nice and I'm sure he was genuine in saying he enjoyed watching Harlow, but I would probably not hire him again.

Chase is a really nice personable young man. Our pup loves him. He handled her gently & ran all of her energy right out of her. Chase seems to be very responsible, we will definitely use him again!
