Pet care experience
I'm that person who walks into your house and wants to play with the pets immediately. I haven't met a pup or kitty yet that I couldn't get along with. I love energetic playtime, long walks around the neighborhood, and I've got experience handling breeds from the littlest ShiTzu to a big ol St Bernard... and many purrrsonality-types of cats. Fun Fact: I most recently was employed as an on-set Dog Trainer for the stars of "Think Like a Dog," which is a feature film scheduled to be released next Summer, and I did foster and rescue work while on the road with the Amazing Acro-Cats! I look forward to forming a bond with your baby or babies, and playing their favorite games! I am detail-oriented and dedicated to the health and safety of all animals in my care.

I cannot praise Charmaine highly enough! She takes incredibly good care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats when I'm away and I no longer worry when I have to go out of town. She's reliable and dependable, my animals love her, and she goes way above and beyond (examples: bringing bottled water for animals during the boil notice, cleaning up many messes left by a puppy with giardia, giving said puppy two different giardia meds morning and night, cleaning up after cats who forget the litter box exists when I leave them... insane cats). The rover cards from her visits are always full of happy smiling animals. I can't imagine finding a pet sitter better than Charmaine!
Honest, thoughtful and absolutely dependable. Charmaine did an excellent job taking care of my 3 cats when I was on vacation. Not only was she great with sending updates but also managed to supply my cats with bottled water during the Austin water crisis. This absolutely made me feel at ease that they were going to be fine under her care. I cannot express how impressed I was by her attention to detail and honesty. I absolutely would recommend Charmaine if you are needing someone to watch your babies. She has an impressive animal care background and a strong interest in becoming a vet tech. She is a great choice for a sitter and would strongly recommend her. I will definitely be booking Charmaine for future cat care. Just a small tid bit, but can speak to her dependability... I was stranded at the airport without my car keys due to an unfortunate situation with baggage claim. She not only answered my phone call late at night, but was sweet enough to rescue me at the airport and bring along my apartment key to let me in. She is incredibly thoughtful! Dogs, cats, or any pet will be under amazing care with Charmaine! Absolutely recommend!
My name is Annette, and I have a Cane Corso mastif. She weighs about 95 lbs. and has had the pleasure of Charmaine's company on many occasions. Charmaine is a truly compassionate animal lover! We have always looked forward to her visits, and I am confident my girl, Sunflower, is given the best of care during her time with Charmaine. Charmaine is dependable, energetic, and very sensitive to the needs of those in her care. I am sure your pup will have many joyful adventures with Charmaine!

I love all breeds! But prefer to walk dogs that are less than 100lbs as that's the max size I can control if there is a situation while we are out walking or playing. I'd love to know if your pup has any treat preferences or special dietary do's or don'ts, as I might bring treats with me! Please let me know what your pooch's favorite toys and games are, and if they have any behavioral triggers that would cause them anxiety or aggressive outbursts.
A typical day
Long or short walks around the neighborhood and park, play ball or frisbee or tug-of-war (my personal favorite), lots of pets, clicker training if you'd like, snuggles, and of course plenty of wet-nose kisses!
