Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs from the age of 11 and believe they are an important part of the family 🥰 Our family previously had golden retrievers and currently have a flat coated retriever, a rescue golden lab/retriever cross and a miniature dachshund puppy. I have been involved in training all of the mentioned dogs from puppy age, including their toilet training, recall and basic doggy manners! I am confident walking dogs of all sizes and nature. Our current rescue dog is very anxious and so I am able to cater for her with distraction techniques both on walks and in the home. She was also on medication for a while when we first got her and so I am confident in this aspect of dog care also. I regularly care for my friend and family’s pets when they are away, including dogs of all ages and sizes and both indoor and outdoor cats and kittens.

Charlotte is such a reliable carer for my pets, I always feel at such ease when I know she is looking after them. She takes my 2 large dogs on long countryside walks and gives my house cat all the cuddles he desires! She isn't put off by my dogs being a bit cheeky either. Win win 👏🏼
Charlotte is such a loving and caring pet sitter. My 2 dogs love her dearly!! She has looked after them on multiple occasions, they are always so excited to see her. Especially when she takes them for those wonderful long walks!!! I couldn't recommend her more. I can always rely on Charlotte, she respects my home as if it were her own and always has my 2 dogs as her priority.
Charlotte has cared for my dogs multiple times. She is very confident walking my dogs and caring for them despite one that needed medical attention. She kept me updated with pictures and videos whilst I was away. I would recommend her to family and friends.

A typical day
When caring for your animals, I will ensure that: - they are treated with kindness and care at all times, - they are both mentally and physically stimulated during my time, - whilst on walks your pets will be watched carefully and I will only allow them off the lead if I deem it safe to do so and with your permission, - I will only feed them with the food and treats you provide. - I will follow any commands/training schemes you have in place for your pet for consistency, - I will read their cues and ensure they remain comfortable during my stay, - I will treat your house and pets with respect as if they were my own.
