Charlotte was absolutely lovely from the moment I met her. She took the time to come to our house and meet Bobbin prior to the booking so he could get to know her and so she could find out about his routine, behaviour etc. Bobbin can be a bit of a nervous nellie when we leave him but we needn't have worried as Charlotte took such amazing care of him and Bobbin had such a lovely day. We were updated with pictures and videos of him playing, cuddling and also relaxing in the house. Bobbin showed no sign of stress and seemed to really enjoy his day with her. Charlotte listened to our instructions and was very attentive and understanding. I would definitely recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a dog sitter, especially if you have a dog who is a bit nervous. Looking forward to using Charlotte again in the future ?
