Pet care experience
New to Rover but not to dog walking! I love dogs and cats and treat them like my family. I used to have my own dogs, I watch my friends' dogs and cats frequently (often for multiple days at a time), and jump at any opportunity to hang out with them. I also have experience taking care of a senior dog with a lot of health issues requiring insulin injections, eye drops, etc.

Was hesitant at first to use Rover and have someone drop in to my home but Charlotte has made the process so easy ! She is trustworthy and very responsive. She does an amazing job stopping by and caring for my three month old puppy while I am at work and updating me with all the details . With her help , he is almost house broken already ! Has relieved so much anxiety and guilt I had while I was gone. Will continue to use her !
Charlotte is the sweetest. Very prompt and reliable. My puppies absolutely love her and get excited with each visit.
Charlotte watched my cat for a week and was amazing! She is very responsible, caring, and you can tell she treated my cat like her own. I definitely recommend her for any cat or dog needs.
