Pet care experience
Me and my partner Jonathan love animals but aren't able to commit full time at the moment so petsitting is perfect for us. We have taken care of several types of dogs including miniature dobermans, french bulldogs, german shepherds, border collies, dalmations, daschunds, basset hounds, all types of terriers, cockapoos and more (see pictures 😊). We also grew up with pets (dogs and cats mainly).

Charlotte and Johnathan (C&J) looked after our two pups for two weeks while we were on holiday. They don't have their own dogs, nor do they operate a doggy day centre, so the environment was perfect for them to focus on looking after our dogs. Who are just over two years old and are pretty much around us 24/7 and as such get anxious when we're away. C&J set up a WhatsApp group to send us pics and updates, which was very reassuring. They followed the various routines to the letter and spent time playing with them every day, even throwing in a bit of training, which was fantastic. It's almost as though the pups had their own holiday. I would describe us as responsible, loving dog owners who are always uncomfortable leaving our dogs with strangers. However, C&J did a fantastic job, and we knew our dogs were in safe hands. The service they offer is well above and beyond the standard we have experienced before and as such can't recommend more highly. We'll be back in touch with them once we plan our next holiday.
Super couple, our Dally's know where they are going as soon as we come off the motorway and get so excited. We receive lovely regular updates and photos. They really seem to get treated like part of the family, giving us total piece of mind. We wouldn't send them anywhere else now x
This was Archies fourth visit with Charlotte and Jonathan and as always he was very well looked after. My family and I can go on holiday knowing he is in very caring hands. Thankyou Charlotte and Jonathan x

We have a fenced and very secure back garden with a good amount of space for your dog/s to play. It also has a gazebo for a shaded area for those sunny days. We can leave the door open so your dog/s can roam in and out when they feel like it unless you specify otherwise. There is a bit of space for a crate and we also have a stairgate for those with difficulty getting upstairs.

Let me know if your dog has any special behavioural issues or any special requirements that we need to know about so we can be prepared. We also like to know if your dog is able to mix with other dogs. We generally only have dogs from the same household but sometimes dates can cross over a little so it is good to know if having another dog would be an issue.
A typical day
Me and Jonathan have a completely secure small to medium back garden for playing games in and live in a gated cul-de-sac with a communal grass area for those mini walks. We are also very fortunate to have a good sized local park as well as Heaton Park both within 10 minutes walking distance. Both parks have their advantages and we assess depending on the dog but general we'll mix it up between the 2 parks for variety. There is also a short walk around the block we can do to avoid other dogs if this is a concern. In the garden we throw the ball throughout the day and sometimes hide a few of their own treats around the garden if the dogs enjoy this.

Availability
I currently work from home so will have plenty of time to play with your dogs and Jonathan helps out alot so we're pretty flexible overall. Morning and/ or evening walks work well for us and as I'm working from home I have plenty of opportunity to play ball in the back garden with your dog/s.
