Charlotte did a fine job taking care of our dog and tortoises for five days. She was responsive to my texts. The animals seemed very happy on our return.

I have shared a living space with Charlotte for the past year. Not only is she an extremely caring and genuine person, but she handles every task and job that's given to her with responsibility and dedication. She is an extremely active and motivated person who manages her time well. I have personally seen her interact with both of my dogs (a black lab/bullterrier mix and a border collie mix). She actively played with them and nurtured them. They both loved her instantly, which is rare. I have noticed that dogs of all breeds are drawn to her. When I visited her home she was instantly drawn to her dog. She not only shows affection towards her dogs and all dogs she comes in contact with, but also makes sure their needs are met. She tries to understand them and actively takes care of them.
