Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs all my life and currently have an eleven year old sweetheart named Kahlua. Personally, I am very athletic and active and would love a 4-legged running companion if your pup is up to it. Many of our friends and family trust their dogs with us (my husband and me) during their vacations, so rest-assured your pup will be well taken care of. I also do not mind reinforcing any new training techniques or tricks you are working on. My schedule is fairly flexible starting January 2018, but I would love to have regular walk times throughout the week. I would also be happy to do dog-park days or swimming days if you wish. I look forward to meeting you and your pup soon!

Charlotte is wonderful! She's a great friend of mine and I've known her for a number of years. She has watched my two pups numerous times, and each time she does a great job. I have one dog who can be difficult at times for some people, but Charlotte is always great with him! A very dog friendly home and neighborhood, lots of parks nearby, and she has a fenced backyard for playtime! I highly recommend her!
Charlotte is an excellent dog sitter! She often watches our dog, Remy. Remy loves to visit and gets so excited when she sees Charlotte! She sticks by her side the whole time. Charlotte has an active lifestyle so I know when she watches Remy that she gets walks and plenty of exercise, but sufficient cuddling too! You can trust that she will give your dog the best care when you are away!
Charlotte is a very sweet and responsible person and an avid animal lover. Charlotte has watched my dog over the years I have known her and always takes great care of him. She is an athletic person, always looking to do something fun and move around, so I know my pup is going to get out when he is with her. And she is also a wonderful dog-mom to her adorable dog.

I do not have any breed preferences, but do prefer dogs that are good in social settings/around other dogs. If your pup needs more one-on-one time, please just let me know. Also, I like to know how they are on and off leash, if they have any nervous tendencies, or have any dietary concerns (aka- can't have treats).
A typical day
I live in the Old Northeast neighborhood and love this area for walks. It is mostly shaded and car traffic is minimal. It's also close to the waterfront parks and Crescent Lake park/dog park. As mentioned in my About Me, if your dog likes to swim, some of my favorite quick spots are along Gandy Beach, or we make a day of it and head to Fort DeSoto.
