Pet care experience
I have owned and cared for animals since I was a child. I currently own 1 purebred German Shepherd (2 yrs), 1 German Shepherd/Husky (11 mo.), and two Flame Point Siamese cats (3 yrs). I love all kinds of animals and I have years of experience with older animals as well as puppies. One of my favorite things is taking my dogs for an adventure (my dogs FAVORITE place is the beach!), and I have walked a variety of breeds. I also have previous and ongoing housesitting experience along with drop-in visits. I love to care for animals and have always provided proper after-care from surgeries or any medical conditions (my childhood cat had diabetes in his later years and I gave him insulin shots at specific times of the day and a strict diet for years), focused on playtime and healthy habits such as proper diet, training with positive reinforcement styles, and lots and lots of love!

Charlotte was great with our cats and dogs! She sent me updates so I never had to worry about how they were doing. My pets really seem to love her too. I would definitely use her again as a pet sitter!
Charlotte was everything you could ask for in a drop in pet sitter ! She is excellent at communicating, taking pictures, and giving us constant updates. My dog did really well with her. He normally doesn’t eat much when we are gone and he ate every day, he played with her, and was a happy dog ! Charlotte will definitely be our go to person ! ?

We have a fenced yard for when our pets go outside and we are usually out there being active with them. They are inside the rest of the time. I think that animals are family and should be treated with tenderness and respect along with boundaries. I follow the instructions set by clients carefully and treat animals just as I would my own.

I love all kinds of activities whether it’s playing with toys, going for a walk, spoiling them with pets, or practicing tricks. My favorite spots are nature walks, hiking, going to the beach, pretty much anywhere outdoors.

I care for my two dogs and cats everyday. I understand the stress that animals experience while their people are away, and I’m happy to help. I have had animals who suffered from separation anxiety before. I have a flexible schedule and am willing to help on short notice.
