Hey there! I'm Charlotte, and dogs have been a huge part of my life since day one. Growing up surrounded by big, lovable pups like Bernese Mountain Dogs and Golden Retrievers, I've always been the go-to person for all things dog-related in my family. When I was 19, I started volunteering at an animal shelter, where I got hands-on experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes, especially those with a few extra quirks and anxieties. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience. My love for dogs isn't just a family thing - my friends know me as the resident dog whisperer, and I've been dog-sitting for them for years. This was our second time having Charlotte watch our two large dogs in our home. Charlotte is a great communicator and sends lots of updates/photos to keep in touch. It is clear our dogs love her & have fun when she watches them. We look forward to continuing to book her in the future!
This was our first time using a House sitter through Rover for our dog. We were a little nervous but as soon as we met Charlotte we immediately had no worries at all. She is not only a super sweet person, but very professional and a true dog lover. She kept in touch daily and sent pictures. She left our home clean and took excellent care of Rex! It was so helpful to travel knowing our dog and home were well cared for. We would highly recommend Charlotte!

Charlotte did an incredible job house sitting our dog while we were out of the country. Our dog immediately bonded with her on their initial meet and greet, so i felt salf leaving him with her. She sent multiple pictures per day, communicated frequently with text message and also walked him multiple times a day. The house was left spotless - cleaner than I left it. I will be usiing Charlotte again and our dog Hank will be thrilled to hang out with her again. Thank you Charlotte!

I find it important to listen to the owners needs and requests and will adhere to them to the best of my abilities. For this reason I find it important to do an in person meet and greet before starting a service.

Please let me know if your dog has any special behaviors or needs I need to look out for. I don't have any dog breed preferences, but I have the most experience with large breed dogs.
A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs and cats, both physically and mentally. I love taking dogs to the park and have a nice long walk with them. If the owners have specific excercises they like their dog to do, I'm open to listening what my role could be in this.

I would love to make taking care of pets my full time job. I'm available to take care of your pets from Monday through Sunday. I'm also available during the day, so your pets wont have to be alone for too long!
