Pet care experience
We (Jane/mom and Charlotte/daughter) will make your pet feel like part of our family along with our sweet, friendly pugs and cat. Our visitors have free roam of the house which is safe, clean, smoke-free, and comfortable. They are allowed on the furniture and can sleep where they are most comfortable. We have a nice back yard that is fully fenced and is a great place for our visitors to run around, play fetch, or just hang out. In addition to fresh air and exercise, your dog will get lots of love! We know some dogs feel anxious at a new house, and we are dedicated to helping them feel comfortable with extra attention and cuddles. Our goal is to alleviate any anxiety for our visiting pets and their families, so everyone can have a good time.

Charlotte and Jane were amazing with my 2 dogs, Chiqui and India. This was the first time I left them with anyone other than family. Throughout every day Charlotte and Jane sent photos, videos and messages. They were amazing caregivers for my dogs!
My little Gia stayed with Jane for the very first time recently. I was extremely grateful to Jane for the daily updates on Gia’s adjustment to a new place. She was excellent addressing any worries I had like Gia’s finicky eating. She tried hard to make sure Gia felt comfortable, including using endearing terms I use with Gia like “Gia Girl” and “Girly” — I was totally unaware Jane had picked up on these until she shared it with me when I went to pick up Gia. Also, I really appreciated the daily photos of Gia playing with other pups. I would definitely rate Jane’s care of Gia ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ out of five and highly recommend her!
My dog loves staying with Jane! He practically jumps out of my arms into hers when he sees her. And I never worry as I feel sure he is happy and I love the many great photos she sends.
This is the second time that my two dogs stayed here, and they were both very excited when we arrived at the house. Charlotte and Jane are wonderful sitters, and I received daily updates and photos. I also really appreciated the ease of communication and the flexibility when deciding drop off and pick up times. I am hoping that they are available the next time I need a dog sitter!

Pets are fed separately to ensure everyone gets their own food and has time to eat at their own pace. We can administer oral and injectable medications. (Our own pug receives insulin every day.) We understand that you want your pet to feel loved and happy, and we do everything we can to make that happen! We can do a meet and greet in person or virtually and are always happy to answer any questions. Our goal is for pet parents to feel confident their pets are being well cared for and enjoying their stay! Please note: pick up/drop off service is offered but must be confirmed with us directly. We can only offer this service within a reasonable radius from our home.

A typical day
Depending on your dog’s personality, we can go for walks, play catch in the backyard, play tug-of-war, or cuddle on the couch. Most dogs that visit really enjoy playing together. We try to stick to your pet's typical schedule so they have that consistency and know what to expect.

Availability
We are not home full-time but do make sure our visitors are not home alone for long periods of time. Our schedules are fairly flexible with some time working at home and some time working in the office. We always arrange our schedules so our visitors have fun with plenty of socialization, are fed on schedule, and have lots of time with us. For those who prefer their own space, we respect that and let them settle in at their own pace. We are vigilant about the safety, comfort and happiness of our visitors just as we are for our own pets. If they are not sitting on our lap or at our feet, they are nearby. We send pictures and updates daily and communicate frequently.
