Growing up learning to ride horses and owning dogs, I have trained/taken care of anything from pits, terriers, and Weimaraners to American Saddlebred, Thoroughbred, & Arabian horses, owls, pigs, goats, sheep, and much more for the majority of my life. As a youth, being involved in Pony Club offered insight and practice into simple veterinary techniques, as well as medication administration, something which I was able to apply while working at the riding stables when I was a teen, and later working internationally, as an adult. I have been trusted to work with a traumatized pit bull, whose manners and recall vastly improved with my training, as well as puppies <1 year old, and older alpha dogs. I was weekly requested to dogsit for three different dogs this past year, and loved the experience. I was official dog sitter for my friend’s wedding last year, and have long been the go-to for caretaking friends’ loved ones.
