Pet care experience
Owner of Lady & the Scamps Pet Sitting and Dog walking business! My name is Charlotte and I’m the founder of lady and the scamps! I’m currently working in a dog Kennel in Macclesfield alongside my part time dog caring and house strong business! I’ve had pets in the family all my life and two years ago I made a business out of house / pet sitting and walking dogs of friends and family. It’s slowly grew to me doing this nearly fully time along side teaching yoga and the various other hobbies I have! I’m studying for a vet nurse assistant diploma so I’m trained in animal first aid and I have experience working in animal shelters abroad with abandoned and rescued dogs and cats. I have a passion for animal welfare which is reflected in the care I provide. The pets I look after become a huge part of my life and I get very attached to them. It’s my favourite part of my week when I get to go and see them. It would be an honour to look after your pet for you whist you are away! 🤍

Charlotte was fantastic with my dog, Leo! He has clearly had a great time and Charlotte sent lots of pictures and kept us updated on his day. Leo is very energetic and can be a handful but Charlotte was wonderful with him and we will definitely rebook!

Charlotte has looked after my cat on several occasions and is always AMAZING. My boy is my absolute world and I am the ultimate paranoid parent. Charlotte is always polite, prompt and sends pictures and updates regularly. She really loves animals and my cat has an amazing time with her. Couldn’t recommend enough!

In the day I will take them home with me to a fenced garden and take them on a very long walk. Although I do not have them board over night, I do house sitting where I will care for both your home and pets whilst you are away on holiday or at work.

I work as a yoga teacher teaching l 3 times a week and the rest of my work is part time, online and from home so I can invest all my time into your much loved pets, with walks, cuddles, playing and any other requirements they have, whilst also cleaning and maintaining your garden and home.
