We cannot be more happy with the service and care provided to our precious pup Brian. We really wanted a home from home and this was perfect! Charlotte made Brian feel so welcomed and settled and we even felt guilty picking him up as he had made good friends with their dog Nala and the other local dogs. He has been to the pub, swimming, multiple walkies and was allowed everywhere in the house and even in the bed for snuggles. Charlotte kept us regularly updated with photos and her daughter even made sure Brian had plenty of snuggles. They really did take the best care of Brian and we highly recommend. Charlotte is a god send to us! She has been extremely reliable and has taken Pickles even at late notice from us! Pickles can be unsure when he first meets another dog but as soon as I open the boot he jumps down and runs inside her house to play with Nala(Charlotte's dog) they are best friends now and I love seeing photos and videos throughout the day! I never have any worries when he's there- he gets lots of walks, loads of attention and cuddles and is cared for brilliantly! I'm so happy to have found Charlotte on rover- Pickles now goes on a regular basis and is having his first sleepover this weekend ! Exciting! Thanks so much :)
