She was lovely & kind

I recently contacted Charlotte for dog sitting purposes. She greeted me with a huge smile and was really friendly both towards Barney (my 7 month old golden retriever) and I and it clear from the start that she was an animal lover. I was quite nervous to leave Barney, especially as this would be the first time leaving him with someone I didn’t know, but Charlotte’s calm and friendly attitude made me feel at ease. This, along with the fact that Barney immediately took to her, made me feel more relaxed about leaving him. She was really helpful, explaining to me that I could get in touch with her at any time if I was feeling worried about Barney- I did in fact message her in the morning to which she replied quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about Charlotte, she was cheerful, professional and I felt like I could trust her. I will most definitely be contacting her in the future for any dog sitting (and when I’m back in the office more permanently) for dog walking as well.
