Spacious cosy home beside dog park
Pet care experience
We adore dogs so much that we decided to live next to a dog park. We've always jumped at any opportunity to dog-sit for family and friends, so we thought why not do it more often? Our dog Georgie loves to have puppy pals over at our home and he'll be taking good care of your pup, too, making sure they get lots of love—he befriends any dog easily and even breaks-up scraps at the park!
Reviews
This is a simple task, writing about Charlie. I met her in a dog park just at the start of COVID. My opinion of her only increases with time. She is a dog person to the core. She is as kind and caring a sole as you will find in this world. She is so competent and responsible that I try to hire her in my business whenever I can. Any dog in her care is a lucky dog! When Charlie took our dog, Curtsy into her home, she made her a part of their pack. Charlie cared for Curtsy, as if she was her own and we received the photos and videos to prove it! It’s hard to have to leave a family member behind but it’s not as difficult when you know someone like Charlie is caring for them, in the same way she would care for her own dog. Incidentally, Charlie’s dog also took care of our dog. At home and on walks, Georgie was there for Curtsy, like the best furry big brother a small pup could ever have! I cannot endorse this pet caregiver strongly enough and if my dog could type she would say the same!
About Charlie & Patrick G.
Skills
Safety, trust & environment
We have lots of room and sunlight for your dog when we're inside, and a large fenced-in backyard. We have a crate, if your dog needs one (although we don't use a crate for Georgie).

Information Charlie & Patrick G. would like to know about your pet
Let us know if you dog has any specific needs. Our boy Georgie is very easy going and we can easily adapt his routine to accommodate the needs of your pup.
A typical day
On a typical day we go for a walk along the Elbow River first thing in the morning and then come home for breakfast. Midday plays in the backyard include ring toss, fetch and maybe a bit of training. At around 4pm we head to the Roxboro dog park where we catch up and play with all the neighbourhood pups. Then we head home for a bit of dinner and some cosy cuddles on the couch.

Availability
We both work from home, and we take Georgie out a few times a day, including a daily visit to the off-leash park at the end of our street.
