Charlie fills in all the gaps when it comes to caring for our 6 year old English Setter. I don't know what we'd do without him. He takes her on walks, stays overnight when we're out of town, stops by for comfort visits when it's thundering, and always ensures that her needs are met - fresh water, food, shade, the correct collar and leash, and because she is a very timid rescue - plenty of reassuring hugs. Poppy lights up when she sees Charlie, and starts her happy dance. He has been wonderfully flexible in terms of picking her up from another location if asked, cleaning muddy paws, responding to short notice requests, and always treats our home and neighborhood with respect. I don't really want to share him with other dog owners, but he is too good to keep secret. Charlie gets an A+ rating from this family!
