Pet care experience
I have looked after dogs of all sizes and personalities, from elderly Labradors, ‘lapdog’ Caucasians and sweet Spaniels! I’m an ex GSD rescue owner so I’m not new to dogs who pose a different side to some, I’ll always listen and cater to yours and your dogs needs and I’ll never take on a dog I believe I cannot handle. I love walking and often clear miles on my own, your four legged friends are always welcome on an adventure! I have house and pet sit for friends, family and word of mouth - it’ll always be my pleasure to look after your peace of mind, home and furry friends.

Charl is our go-to sitter for our 6-month-old Cocker Spaniel George. George suffers from separation anxiety and gets very upset when he is alone. With Charl we have peace of mind that whilst we are away our little Georgy is in the best hands, She is extremely attentive and caters for his needs, We get regular updates on how he is doing along with photos and videos from their walks and adventures as well as a goodnight and good morning photo from her which just settles our mind. George loves his nanny Charl and is always happy to see her, So far we've had her sit him for 2 overnight periods and 3 day sessions all of which we have absolutely no complaints about. She is kind, caring, trustworthy, conscientious and has a gentle energy, I have no problem in recommending her to anyone.

I don’t accept pet sitting services in my own home as I do live in an apartment so this wouldn’t be beneficial for the dog, nor me. But I’ll always ensure gates and doors are locked in their homes and any extra safety measures yourselves might have for me will be adhered to, it varies home to home.

Please let me know of any needs I need to account for that I wouldn’t typically be inclined to - they are all welcome but I like to be prepared ahead of caring for your dog! Any special needs, allergies, behavioural problems and reactive tendencies.
A typical day
Ensuring your pet is stimulated both physically and mentally is so important! It definitely varies breed to breed and dog to dog but we will play lots of fun games and they’ll have the best fun exploring when out on walks! I do have puzzles I can bring to your home to give your dogs a good challenge!

Availability
I currently work full time with the NHS and love my job, I fit time in for this during my 3 day weekends and will be available Friday nights through to Mondays. If check ins and walks are needed on an evening during weekdays after 7:30pm, I’m more than happy to cater for these too!
