Charli was great and we will definitely use her again. Marty obviously had a great time. He seemed to be very "at home" when we picked him up. Charli was easy to communicate with...quick to respond and very accommodating. I was anxious because Marty can take a while to socialize but Charli was very assuring that everything would be just fine. Thank you, Charli!

Charlie was very welcoming to both us and our dog! Very happy and easy going. Our only issue was that we felt like we were an inconvenience to her. She kept calling asking when we were bringing our dog because she had errands to run and also the same as to when we were Picking her up because she had to be asleep by 5:00pm. We reached out to Charlie for an update on our dog around 6:00 pm the first night and didn't hear Back from her for a couple of hours. Also our dogs bed and crate was completely wet when we picked her up. We had to wash her bed and hose her crate out. We assumed she had her water and food in her crate which is something we asked her not to do. Our pick up time was 5:00 we arrived at 5:20 but they were calling well before that. Again very nice but we felt like they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service.
