Pet care experience
I have four kids, four cats, and for the first time of my life am dogless. I prefer to only sit for one dog at a time and can accommodate a number of different issues so long as your dog is kid friendly. Our furniture is fair game so long as you’re okay with it and the dog doesn’t resource guard it. Will work with potty training pups, just want to know beforehand. I have cats, but they can hold their own so unless your dog is cat aggressive we shouldnt have a problem. We have a fenced in yard on a dead end quiet street, and I’m happy to take your pup on a nice long walk around my neighborhood. This is the first time I’ve not had a dog in my life, and while we are softly in the market for a new pup, I’m taking my time to commit to one.

I have a fenced in yard and live on a dead end street. My immediate next door neighbor has two very friendly dogs as well. Im happy to crate your dog at night if that’s your preference but also happy to leave him out in the living room/kitchen open areas while we’re in bed. Im not against allowing a dog to sleep at the foot of the bed, but plan to leave my bedroom as a safe space for my cats if there’s any discomfort between the animals. My house is relatively easily partitioned as well with baby gates so really we can make it all work.

A typical day
I live not far from the old Churchill valley country club that was recently fully funded to remain green space. I loved taking my late dog, Bernie, there for nice long walks and have gone there solo a few times because it’s remarkably beautiful.

I’m self employed as a loan closing agent, so I’m in and out a lot but nearly always home in the evening and can adjust my schedule as needed. My husband works from home in his basement office and is home all of the hours I am not.
