Charley is professional, smart, pleasant, trustworthy, and responsive. Our cats took to Charley very well and while we were in Europe, we knew that they were well taken care of. If anything came up, Charley contacted us, and also sent us pictures of them. After we came back, I'm not sure our cats wanted to see us--they prefer Charley.:) I can tell that our cats were happy and content when we returned and that is because Charley took such good care of them.

Since an early age Charley has loved and advocated for all animals. From the baby squirrels who fell out of their nest (we had to call Cornell Vet school at Charley's behest), to stopping on our bike rides to take turtles off the road, to every other animal Charley comes in contact with. This includes birds, snakes, salamanders, cats, dogs, and every farm animal out there. On a more personal note, Charley has always taken an active role with our dogs. Feeding them, taking them out into the fresh air, getting them exercise. All on a voluntary basis. Charley dog sits our 3 puppies regularly, as we are often out of town. Rover matches with many of Charley's strengths. Not only Charley's love of animals, but also Charley's desire to help our community. Starting in high school Charley has worked with many non-profit organizations; locally, nationally and internationally. I highly recommend Charley for Rover, it is a perfect fit. I can't wait to hear all the wonderful stories that come out of this endeavor.
