First of all I have to say that Charles is very charming and one can sense his warmth and his compassion for animals. The first thing that impressed me after we had met was his attention to communicating with me when I wanted to discuss something with him, he got right back to me. At our first meeting Charles had a very business like demeanor. After a few minutes it was easy to tone that down to a nice conversation about my needs where Lucy was concerned. I was totally impressed when my ride to the airport was at my door, Charles pulled up and told me that he would make sure that Lucy was taken care of while I was gone. During my time away Charles sent me daily reports about Lucy's activities and eating habits and I got a few pictures of her, which my wife and I appreciated. The day I came home Charles waited for us to arrive back at home, which was around the time when he would make his afternoon visit. He made sure that everything was in order and that Lucy was happy, he gave me my key back and left. Overall I was very happy with everything.
