I have no breed preferences because I love all dogs. Before sitting or walking a dog I would want to meet the owners and their dogs in their homes, to confirm we mutually like each other and verify we are compatible (similar to a job interview). I would want to know any health issues and any special needs I must attend to while the dog is in my care. I would also want contact numbers to call in the event of an emergency, as well as the dog's veterinarian address and phone number. I would also like to hear about any obedience issues, treat preferences/restrictions, or anything else to avoid or closely monitor. I would also request periodic calls with the owners to give each other feedback such as customer satisfaction, dog behavior, and identify any requested changes,

I will go on walk where the owner prefers. I believe in giving dogs good exercise, both off-leash (if possible and in a closed in area to prevent them running off) as well as on-leash walks in the local area and/or parks. Fun activities will be what the owners say their pet loves best, to include if approved by the owner, ball chasing/retrieving, rope pulls, and teaching them tricks. I will also give them massages if they like it, as well a brush outs, if they like it, to keep their coats clean. I will dry them off with a towel if we have to be outside in the rain or snow.
