Coming up on four years this October, Charles has been the only person I trust to take care of my hound Choco and my little Shih Tzu, Rafael while I'm out of town. Charles has earned my trust through his attention to detail, remembering to honor any note or request I give him along with my pups when I drop them off. Charles treats Choco and Rafael well. Every time I pick them up, I watch them bound around his yard, full of energy. I have yet to encounter problems with Charles' service and I'm sure my pups would agree. They love their time with Charles, and greet him each time I drop them off with an enthusiasm that tells me they will be treated well and loved. This was not the case when I used to leave them at the vet during trips. Rafael would whine and claw at the doors of the vet, trying not to be forced in and abandoned. Choco is more stoic, yet even he was seen drooping his ears on multiple occasions back when he stayed at the vet. Charles is the best around. I recommend him to anyone who needs their dogs watched by someone who will respect the owner and the animals alike. You'll be glad you found him.

Charles A. has the most positive energy! His outgoing personality attracts the warmth and trust of animals. He himself is a wonderful pet parent who gives extra effort to ensure that safe arrangements are made for his own dogs, Susan and Louis, anytime he has needed to be away extra hours or for a weekend. He has given my young Basset Hound ample love and attention when I’ve been out of town. Charles A. consistently sends me videos of George, which reassures me that George’s needs are being taken care of while I’m away. Charles A. is always the first person I contact when I need someone to help with George!
