Charlene is a true dog lover and great with communication. Our dog spent two weeks with her while we were away. Charlene sent video messages daily and we could see that our dog was super happy and well cared for. Would highly recommend Charlene and will definitely use her again the next time we need to board our pup.

Charlene was wonderful with our dogs! She treated them like her own, and seemed to really understand their personalities. We received regular updates via videos and pictures, which we appreciated and enjoyed. She had no issues administering our dog’s inhaler twice a day, and also gave us updates on how well it went. This was our dogs first time away from home for an extended period of time, and they were happy and comfortable for their stay. We will definitely choose Charlene again for the future.
