Hi there, I’m Charlene! Thank you for considering me to take care of your pet🐶🐱 I am currently working through Rover full time, specifically servicing the Humberside/Baby Point/Runnymede area, and I have extensive experience with many different animals including dogs, cats, birds and reptiles. Previously I worked as an Animal Care Worker at the Toronto Humane Society where I learned basic dog training skills, techniques for working with behavioural issues, and how to care for animals with special needs/disabilities.

Hermes had a great stay with Charlene and Penny. Charlene was very accommodating and patient with super shy Hermes. Communication was excellent, and Charlene shared regular updates with photos and videos. Also got a lovely rover card :) Will definitely rebook again
Charlene was amazing with our Archie!! she would send us daily updates and very quick to respond back as well. she was very patient with him especially with the accidents he was having inside and his mobility issues due to his epilepsy. we would highly recommend her!!
Charlene provided an incredible service and her regular updates allowed me to relax while on vacation knowing my dog was in good hands. I will be rebooking again in the future.

My apartment provides enough space to host up to 4 dogs at any given time. There’s plenty of room to ensure that everyone feels safe, comfortable and entertained! Dogs in my care are walked at least twice daily and always fed separately to prevent any resource guarding. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns you may have! I am flexible and eager to meet you and your fuzzy companions❤️

A typical day
A typical day here will leave your pup tired and happy. In the warmer months I love setting up water play activities for the dogs on our patio and just lounging in the sun. We will also get outside multiple times per day for walks and bathroom breaks.
