Hello my name is Charlene! Here is a little bit about me; I have been in the pet industry as a professional pet groomer for over 20yrs and over 30yrs experience with all types of animals including horse training. I am CPR certified. With my experience and skill set as a professional groomer I am knowledgeable in reading body language, handling animals, acute to noticing if something is wrong, hurting or bothering your pet and fully capable of working well with all breeds, sizes, ages, temperaments, needs & quirks. I am taking time off from grooming to go back to school full time but still want to be involved with animals on a daily basis. I know how difficult it is to leave your loved ones; I've been in that spot before! So I'd like to assure you that I will treat them like my own with all the love, care, snuggles & cuddles they deserve! I’m reliable, flexible, knowledgeable, compassionate and all my focus will be on keeping your fur babies happy and safe. I will keep you updated with plenty of pictures and responsive to any questions you may have while away.

Charlene was amazing with my dog while I was away. She was very responsive and took great care of Mowgli. During the meet and greet she made sure to know all of his quirks before sitting and sent some amazing pictures while taking care of him. I would not hesitate to have her watch my dog again!
Charlene was very attentive and patient with my little 5lb yorkie with separation anxiety. She went out of her way to stimulate her--I have never seen my little dog soo tired at the end of the day. Thanks Charlene!

A typical day
I love to stimulate your pets physically & mentally. Walks are included with overnight stays. I will pick different routes to keep them stimulated. I also like to engage them in their favorite and new games (whether inside or out) to keep their minds working. We definitely wont run out of things to do!

I am available basically 24/7 with the exception of a couple hours here & there to go home & do laundry, collect my mail, etc…
