I'm not sure what I would have done without Charlene this week! We had some medical emergencies with our dog before we left for vacation and it was terribly stressful for us, we considered cancelling our trip until I was able to find Charlene. She was very responsive to my messages and once I met her I could see how responsible and kind she was and how she immediately bonded with my dog. I came home after 5 days to a happier and healthier dog and it was such a joy to see him be so happy and full of life. This ended up being one of the brightest spots of the vacation for us. Thank you Charlene!

Charlene did a wonderful job housesitting my Goldendoodle and Cockatiel! She responded very quickly to my initial request for a meet-and-greet and stayed over the weekend with no issues. She was very respectful of our home very communative during her stay. We received daily pictures and updates, which always makes me feel better while I'm away.
