Charlene B is a very thoughtful ,kind,and passionate animal lover. She helped me out on short notice with my dog (Lola) the pug a few years back. I will not board Lola ever again once finding Charlene. She has been extremely cooperative and Lola loves her. Nothing but good vibes and experiences with Charlene.
I have known Charlene B for a good many years. She always has a very positive and friendly attitude. I understand that her background was in customer service and it seems to come naturally for her. She took care our dogs the first time for an entire weekend. When we returned the dogs wanted to leave with her. They love her and get excited every time she watches them.
