I owned a golden retriever for 12 years so I understand what a dog needs. I have loved dogs all my life and I would treat your dog as if it were my own. They would basically have the run of the house. I would love to cuddle with them on the couch and if your dog is spending the night, I have no issues sharing my bed with them. I also have a dog bed if they prefer. I could go for at least 2 walks every day. I have a small fenced back yard for them to go to the bathroom. My young adult children absolutely love dogs as well which means that your dog would get three times the love and attention.
